The "5 foot light" requirement of the NSBMT is published in the <a href="http://massagetherapy.nv.gov/Documents/NAC_Regulations.pdf" rel="nofollow">Nevada Administrative Code</a> under Section 16. There is a special light meter that is capable of determining the amount of light in the room, at any level, and it's measurement is commonly referred to in a number of "foot lights". BTW: generally, 1 Watt is considered to be the light that one candle can generate. If you apply that idea to the technical measurement in foot lights, you can probably understand the nature of the light requirement. We are already struggling to feed our families in this economy. I am strongly opposed to this legislation.
