The 2025 AMTA Nevada Chapter State Convention is preparing to bring together massage professionals interested in networking, learning, and earning!

Good food, great company, and excellent experts will be among the activities and memories experienced at 2025’s event – and we want You there!

Here’s what the 2025 looks like so far!

We have yet to set the Dates and the Venue for our annual State Convention – typically, we’re expecting to host it in the April/May-window and in Las Vegas, NV.

We’re gathering interest, now through February 28th, 2025, from Sponsors and Exhibitors that may be interested in presenting to approximated 40 – 70 attendees.

Typically, during the morning’s networking & breakfast time, immediately following the Annual Meeting, and at lunchtime, you’ll have the opportunity to tell all the Attendees about what you do, what your passion is, and connect with your customers!

When you complete and submit the online Interest-form below, we can send you a sample of the current-version of our Agreement you’ll have an opportunity to Sign, in order for you to see all the Benefits that the Nevada Chapter commits to providing for you during our ~3-month promotional period immediately preceding the big event!

As an participating Exhibitor, your company-logo (with your company-website-URL) will be featured on our website, in our on-line (CVENT) Registration-module, in email communications with our members, and acknowledged during the Annual Meeting.

Before you decide you want to participate as a Exhibitor &/or Sponsor at the Convention, please consider:

• Products and Services you offer must be massage-therapy-oriented
• The exact Exhibitor’s dates (TBD) & times (typically) are Day 1: 7a – 8a, 9:45a – 10a, 12p – 1p; Day 2: 7a – 8a, 12p – 1p.
• Deadline for Expression of Interest is February 28th, 2025.

When we receive contact from you about the products &/or services you’d like to put in front of our members during our Annual Convention, we will contact you to guide you through the next Steps of contacting our National Association office and participating in the approval process by which you may appear at our event.
